For Defective, Damaged
or Misshipped Items
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result
of a manufacturers defect or our error. For all other items,
shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Refusing
Delivery
If you refuse a delivery from eBladeStore.com for whatever
reason, the package will be returned to us. Once return is
processed, you will receive a full refund minus shipping.
Return
Shipping Method
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a
shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or USPS
with Delivery Confirmation. Please be sure to keep your receipt
and tracking number. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns
sent via a non-trackable method.
Issuing
Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving
your return. If refund cannot be issued to your credit card
(due to expired card), a check will be issued.
