Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, all of our products are backed by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Products may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund.

While most items are returnable, returns are subject to the following guidelines.

Proper Conditions for Return and Refund

We cannot refund returns for certain items, including:
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days from ship date.
  • Any item that is not in its new/resalable condition.
  • Any item that has been personalized or engraved.

Items that do not meet our return guidelines may receive partial refunds as eBladeStore.com determines:

  • Any item that is missing parts, accessories, manuals, certificate or authenticity or manufacturers box: 50% of item's price.
  • Any order with a subtotal value greater then $100 USD: 80% of item's price.
  • Any order that qualified for our "Free Shipping" promotion: the actual shipping fee will be deducted.

For Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturers defect or our error. Please contact us before returning. For all other items, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Return Shipping Method For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS, Fed Ex or USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Please be sure to keep your receipt and tracking number. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Issuing Refunds You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return. If refund cannot be issued to your credit card (due to expired card), a check will be mailed.
