In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due
to either display error or typographical error or error in
pricing information received from our suppliers, or store
partners, eBladeStore.com shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price.
eBladeStore.com shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, eBladeStore.com shall immediately issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount of your original
charge.
Technical
If the eBladeStore.com shopping cart does not appear to be
functioning properly, delete the cookies on your computer.
Failure to do so may result in miscalculating your order total
( where a final price adjust may be made), not allow you to
add items to your shopping cart or you could receive general
cart error messages preventing you from properly placing an
order through eBladeStore.com.
If you are experiencing any problems using
our shopping cart, please read below to correct the issue.
Clear Your Cache.
Most web browsers temporarily store a local copy of every
page you visit. Clearing your cache deletes those files and
makes room for new ones. Go to the "Cache" or "Temporary
Internet Files" option on your browser (on Netscape,
go to "Options" and choose "Network Preferences";
if you use Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" and
choose "Internet Options"), and delete the files
stored in your cache. Then, close your browser to start a
new session. Note, you will lose all items in your shopping
cart. If an account has been setup, you will have to login
again.
