The Deluxe Game Series is the Flagship of the Bark River Line. This series of knives is made up of the optimum range of sizes for almost any Hunting Situation. The Gameskeeper and Huntsman are just a few of the knives designed with Field Dressing and related Hunting Chores as their primary functions. They are Heavily Constructed, Razor Sharp and will take the hard use of splitting joints with their Quick Taper Points and thick for size Blade Spines.

The Professional Series design stresses pure, practical, function and performance. The comfortable handle is ergonomically styled to actually be an extension of the user's hand. The blade to handle relationship increases the angle of contact to the work to maximize cutting performance with minimal hand, wrist and arm movement. In use, the hand is positioned to give superior edge control. This configuration eliminates the need to choke-up on to the blade for fine cutting tasks. The Bark River Canadian Guide Series of knives has been inspired by the 19th Century Russell Knives of our Canadian and Northern U.S. History and tradition. These Distinctive Arched Back Blade Shapes were the Backbone of the North American Trappers and Fur Gatherers of the mid and late Fur Trading Period. We have Modernized the Designs of the Mini-Canadian and Canadian Special — Given them a Sleeker Feel and improved their efficiency.

The Bark River Skinning and Caping Series has it's roots in all of the original designed knives that have been used by people all over the world for Hunting, Butchering and Meal Preperation for Centuries. The Upswept or Trailing point knife is a Mainstay of all cutlery. The Deep Cutting Bellies of the Upland Special give a distinct - Real Time--Advantage over most other blade shapes for slicing. You will find all of our knives of this series to be comfortable in use and have thier cutting curves based in natural ergonomics to aid in fatigue free use.

The Bark River Fur-Fin & Fowl Series is comprised of a Group of Knives, like the Snowy River and Scout, that are more specialized and stand out for the tasks that they were designed to accomplish.
